Privacy Policy

Overview
GilServers uses GILid accounts to provide sign-in, messaging, mail, account recovery, and access to connected GilServers apps. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect account details you provide, including username, GilMail address, recovery email, name, avatar, password credentials, and settings. GilServers apps may also store service data such as messages, attachments, contacts, mail settings, sessions, push notification subscriptions, and app connection records.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate you into GilServers apps, deliver app features, provide account recovery, prevent abuse, maintain service reliability, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Retention and Deletion
You can request account deletion from account settings. Deletion initially deactivates your account and schedules associated account data for removal after 90 days. If you sign back in before that period ends, your account is reactivated and the scheduled deletion is cancelled.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by infrastructure providers that help operate GilServers, or disclosed when required to protect users, comply with law, or enforce our terms.
Security
We use authentication tokens, password hashing, access controls, and operational safeguards to protect accounts. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so keep your password private and sign out of shared devices.
Contact
Questions or requests about privacy, account access, or deletion can be handled through your GILid account settings or by contacting GilServers support.
